For Euroshop, the International Retail Fair in Düsseldorf, architect Egidio Panzera has designed the display pavilion of the company L&S, a manufacturer of lamps and lighting systems for the furniture and retail industries. The concept involves the creation of an “architectural object” projected onto the three sides of the booth in three different shapes. A sophisticated play of lines, volumes suspended in thin air, and lightweight structures with bold proportions produce an evocative and elegant exhibition space. The architectural components punctuate and outline the different areas devoted to different lighting solutions for retail. Lighting plays a predominant role in defining the atmosphere and delineating the shapes. Premiering among the various exhibitive setups will be Solaris Lux, a new collection of shelves with luminous backs designed by architect Egidio Panzera.
